Front Desk Supervisor (IOP) - Wyndham Vacation Rentals

We are currently seeking applicants for a Full Time,
Year Round Front Desk Supervisor position for our Isle of Palms location. The
ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, an eye for detail and a team-work
spirit. The _Front Desk Supervisor_ works in a fast pace
front desk office for a short term vacation rental company. Job duties include
answering phone calls and assisting guests as needed, handling guest
refunds/room moves, creating check-in packets, checking guests in and out, as
well as interacting with guest walks in at the front desk. This position
is provided a full benefits package to include 4 weeks of paid time off per
year! Some key highlights of this position are:
+ Check guests in and out daily.
+ Create and assemble welcome/arrival packetsfor guests ? ensuring complete accuracy with the welcome packets.
+ Interact daily with guests and homeowners ?both in person and over the phone- while maintaining a professionaldemeanor.
+ Handle guestcompensation and room moves . Escalate to Guest ServicesManager when needed.
+ Respond to guestsurveys either verbal or written .
+ Answer correspondence from guests, homeowners,and vendors. Create, dispatch, and follow up on related work orders.
+ Assist with office duties including but notlimited to key inventory and mailingpackets for future arrivals .
+ On call rotation.
+ Assist with creating and confirming owner/guest of owner bookings- includingonline bookings.
+ Create work schedules.
+ Assist with coveringother departments if needed.
+ HighSchool Diploma or GED.
+ Demonstrated ability to work underpressure, excellent customer service skills and possesses good written and oralcommunication skills.
+ Ability to take overnight calls on a rotation basis.
+ 1-2 years Supervisory experience.
+ Experience in Resort/Hospitality industry.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
