/Field Operations Job Description Luxury Vacation Rental Company on the Isle of Palms is looking for a full-time, year-round employee to be part of our customer service and field operations team.
Responsibilities include all aspects of overall customer service for vacation rental guests as well as inspections of large oceanfront homes.
The main areas of focus for this position include:
-Assist guests in the reservation process both online, on the phone, and in person.
-Inspect homes thoroughly before and after guests for cleaning quality and maintenance issues while resolving minor maintenance items.
-Responding and resolving guests' service issues handling the vendor communication until resolved.
-Interacting daily with rental guest including check in, checkout, phone calls, etc.
, in a kind and professional manner.
Additional areas of focus include:
-Purchasing and restocking inventories of Filters/Bulbs/Kitchens/Beach Chairs, etc.
-Solve cable and internet issues.
-Assist managers with an array of projects from inventory wide maintenance to holiday guests gift giving.
-Paid On call phones 1-2 nights per week.
perform other related task as needed in response to business needs, homeowner needs and guest needs.
Qualifications:
-This is a full time position requiring a flexible schedule including Saturdays and Sundays.
Job requires working Saturdays from May - Mid September during busy season.
-Prefer one year minimum experience in property management/vacation rentals/accommodations type business.
-Ability to lift 40lbs.
-Your own reliable transportation.
-Ability to learn software programs and apps.
-Ability to think on your feet, resolving issues professionally and timely.
