The Team Member will be responsible for maintaining store standards as part of a team of retail employees to promote store success and positive customer experiences.

Summary:
This Position is first and foremost a Customer Experience position.
The team member will report to the manager(s) and is responsible for ensuring that Daily Store Operations are completed and that customers have the best possible experience while visiting the store.
The Team Member will be a customer facing position with a strong emphasis on retail responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & EXPECTATIONS:
Conduct daily operations as assigned by Management of the store Welcome customers in a manner that is kind, courteous, and professional Assist with restocking merchandise Assist in general cleaning of store Work directly with Management to ensure an excellent customer experience Knowledge and Compliance with safe working practices Comply with all government and safety procedures.
DHEC, OSHA, EPA, DOL, Local laws, etc.
Ensure excellent customer service SKILL & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Communicate effectively both verbally and electronically Knowledge of Square or similar digital POS preferred but not required Retail experience preferred Strong organizational skills Must be able to work as a member of a team Customer Service Experience preferred Must be able to swim SCHEDULE:
Must be able to work Weekends and Holidays.
