We Clean Cleaning Services is looking to develop its team of expert cleaning technicians for our residential and rental properties.
We are looking for good team players with positive attitudes and a strong work ethic to keep up our quality and efforts to grow and move forward.
Technicians will be expected to work in a variety of services including window cleaning, house cleaning, laundry pick-up and drop off, janitorial, and deep cleaning.

Summary:
Cleaning technicians will be responsible for cleaning all residential and rental properties.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Servicing bathrooms Removing trash and recycling Cleaning and vacuuming, sweeping, washing floors as needed in a property Setting-up and re-setting of rental spaces before and after a specific stay Transporting Linen to Isle of Palm Handle large work load ina small period of time Work between 10 am to 4 pm time frame and complete the maintenance and cleaning of all the properties Laundry pick-up and drop-off at North Charleston location Skill, Experience & Other Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a similar role Ability to follow oral and written instructions and perform basic mathematical computations Establish and maintain working relationships with supervisors and co-workers Ability to work successfully both independently and in a team with minimum supervision Applicants must demonstrate superior customer service skills and have a friendly, helpful, outgoing demeanor.
Flexible, dependable, punctual, and courteous.
People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Spanish speaking professionals will be preffered Availability to work on a Saturday will be an added advantage Standard Work Days & Hours:
Standard working days from Monday - Friday; however, availability on Saturdays will also be required on occasions as needed Option to work in both 4-hour and 8-hour shift Day shift/Night shift Special events and coverage may necessitate overtime hours, including weekends and holidays Salary &
Benefits:
Hourly rate for this position would vary between $15.
00 - $30.
00 per hour depending upon the experience (This role is also eligible for overtime and shift differential) Employees are also expected to receive a referral bonus as part of our Employee Referral Programme Operational Work Location:
